Avic-Tech (Xiamen) Electronics Co., Ltd. (AVIC-Tech), was co-founded by Xiamen PROTEK Technology Co., Ltd, a subsidiary of Aviation Industry Corporation of China(AVIC) and fund company of China Venture Capital in response to government policy of cooperation and integration between military and civilian companies for the active development of mixed-ownership economy in China. With 1,200 million RMB as registered capital, the corporation has over 100 employees, among which 50% are professional technicians.
Being the main shareholder, Xiamen PROTEK Technology Co., Ltd, founded in 2002, is a national innovative company committed to researching, developing, producing and marketing high-end power supplies. We are the first Chinese company to manufacture industrial uninterruptible power supply (UPS), UPS for electricity industry and new generation of green industrial UPS.
